Professor Kaliffa Oliveira is the focus of this week’s ‘eating well’ with his healthy Jiu-Jitsu lifestyle.

The black belt has been practicing judo since the age of 3, falling in love with the gentle art later on and today is a strong representative of the GB family and the Jiu-Jitsu for Everyone program in Alabama, United States.

1526329_10200635533731336_1223679184_n-2The athlete carries many major titles such as champion of the Las Vegas Open, the New York open, third place jiujitsu world champion, third place in the PanAmerican, 5 times Brazilian champion in judo and 2 times American champion in judo.

With a rigorous training routine, lectures to be delivered and daily training, Kaliffa knows very well that health is eating well and eating well is jiu-jitsu.

His favorite post-workout meal:
